From slower, more restorative classes for when you need to chill, to flowy and strength based classes, I've got you covered. Also included is guided meditations, breathwork classes, foundational beginners classes, and yoga you can do from your desk. New classes added monthly.

Self-Care

Learn how to incorporate the Ayurvedic daily routine into your life! Moving step by step and in a way that’s realistic for modern life, I’ll teach you how to use this ancient wisdom to incorporate simple but effective self-care practices into each day to create true wellbeing.

Recipes

Cook with me! Though I do not claim to be a chef, I love cooking and making food more easily digestible. My aim is to create recipes that are simple, yummy, and leave you feeling good - not heavy or with indigestion. New recipes added monthly. 

Access Anywhere, Anytime

Access Embody On-Demand on any device through my website or the Kajabi App, which is free and available with both ios and android. Classes are all on demand, so practice on your own time, at your own pace. Livestream classes will be lead through the Kajabi app/website.

Meet Eva

My practice began during my final semester of college when I stepped into a yoga class in Boston. Years of studying music at a competitive school left me feeling anxious and stressed, and years of running led to tight hamstrings and knee pain.

After just a few classes, I was instantly hooked. I did my first yoga teacher training in 2013 to deepen my personal practice, and the rest is history. 

I credit the depth of my practice to not only the physical effects yoga has had on my body, but how it has changed my entire lifestyle including my mental health, and leading me to Ayurveda.

After completing 500+ hours of yoga teacher trainings, I knew I wanted to deepen my understanding of health beyond movement, as well as heal my own digestive imbalances. In 2020 I went back to school to become an Ayurvedic Health Counselor and owe this ancient wisdom to teaching me how to live a balanced, not perfect life. 

I teach classes, workshops, retreats and trainings online and all around the world.

As a beginner (and completely inflexible person) I always struggle to find instructors that get me into proper alignment with their cues and help me get deeper into those poses, all while maintaining a steady pace.
